ABOUT SUPPLYBISTRO 鈥 Building the data engine behind the food economy.Small and mid-sized food operators represent roughly 40 to 60 percent of total food sales. Their operations remain fragmented, manual, and under-digitized. SupplyBistro exists to close that gap.Our SaaS platform turns everyday operational workflows into real-time, doubly validated data. That data helps our customers increase sales, reduce operating costs, improve purchasing decisions, gain visibility across their supply chain, and operate on analytics instead of instinct.聽THE MODEL- Every workflow creates data.- The software creates the data.- The data becomes the business.聽WHERE WE SITSaaS and ERP 鈥 The operating system food businesses run their day onMarketplaces 鈥 Buyers and sellers transacting, with every order captured as structured dataAI and Data 鈥 Validated transaction data turned into forecasting, pricing, and decision supportSupply Chain 鈥 Procurement, fulfillment, and logistics connected end to end聽We are an early-stage company.
