In accordance with the delegation of authority designated to the 91探花 Chancellor by the UA President, I hereby delegate authority to trespass individuals to the following for all 91探花 facilities:
- 91探花 Chief of Police and Officers
- 91探花 Executive Director of the Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA), or other persons acting in the place of the director
The following 91探花 campus directors are authorized to trespass individuals at their respective campuses:
- 91探花 Bristol Bay Campus Director
- 91探花 Chukchi Campus Director
- 91探花 Kuskokwim Campus Director
- 91探花 Northwest Campus Director
Trespass actions must be consistent with procedures adopted by 91探花 in consultation with UA General Counsel. This authority may not be further delegated.
